摘　　要：目的:讨论老年糖尿病护理过程中应用护患沟通的效果。方法:选择本疗养院2018年4月至2019年4月接收的78例老年糖尿病疗养员,按护理方式差异分组各39例,对照组接受常规疗养护理,研究组加强护患沟通,对比两组干预结局。结果:研究组的护理满意度(94.87%)高于对照组(71.19%),P 【0.05。研究组健康行为自我效能评分比对照组高,P 【0.05。从生活质量评分入手分析,研究组比对照组高,P 【0.05。结论:护患沟通能够提高疗养员的遵医行为自我效能与生活质量,值得应用推广。Objective:To discuss the effect of nursing and patient communication in senile diabetescare. Methods: 78 cases of senile diabetes sanitariums were selected from April2018 to April 2019, and were equally divided into two groups according todifferent nursing methods.
