ICU护士肠内营养喂养中断知信行现状及其与自我效能感的中介研究

摘　　要：目的:调查ICU护士肠内营养喂养中断知信行情况并分析其与自我效能感之间的关系。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,选取2020年10月25日~31日山东省12所三甲医院391名ICU护士为对象,以问卷星形式进行线上发放、线上填写、线上回收,调查内容包括一般自我效能问卷及自制喂养中断知信行调查问卷。结果:391例ICU护士喂养中断知识得分为21~86 (54.01 ±12.85)分,态度得分为7~35 (28.10 ±5.25)分,行为得分为7~35 (28.09 ±5.03)分,总分为63~150 (110.19 ±15.52)分;自我效能感在态度及行为之间起中介作用,中介效应量28.40%。结论:ICU护士对肠内营养喂养中断的态度处于较高水平,但相关知识较为缺乏,多数ICU护士无积极主动学习的意识,执行能力较差,其中自我效能感在态度和行为之间起中介作用,应通过多方努力提高ICU护士喂养中断知信行水平。Objective: To investigate the status of knowledge, attitudeand practice of interruption of enteral nutrition in ICU nurses and analyze therelationship between them and self-efficacy. Methods: A total of 391 ICU nursesfrom 12 first-class hospitals in Shandong province from October 25 to 31, 2020were selected by the method of convenience sampling, and questionnaires weredistributed, filled in and collected online in the form of star questionnaire.The contents of the questionnaires included general self-efficacy questionnaireand self-made questionnaire on the knowledge, attitude and practice ofinterrupted feeding. Results: The knowledge scores of the 391 ICU nurses were21~86 (54.01 ±12.85), the attitude scoreswere 7~35 (28.10 ±5.25), the practice scores were 7~35 (28.09 ±5.03), and thetotal scores were 63~150 (110.19 ±15.52). Self-efficacy plays a mediating rolebetween attitude and practice, with a mediating effect of 28.40%. Conclusion:The attitude of ICU nurses to the interruption of enteral nutrition is fair,but the knowledge is relatively lack, most of ICU nurses have no awareness ofactive learning and poor executive ability. Among them, self-efficacy plays amediating role between attitude and behavior, so efforts should be made toimprove the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of the interruption ofenteral nutrition of ICU nurses.
