摘　　要：安全型留置针在临床上现已广泛使用。本文从安全型留置针的现状、穿刺技术、留置针的护理等方面进行综述,并对穿刺部位的选择以及直型安全型留置针与Y型安全型留置针的使用等方面进行了分析,以提高穿刺率减轻患者痛苦。Safe indwelling needles have been widely used in clinical practice. In this paper, the status quo of safe indwelling needle, puncture technology and nursing care of indwelling needle were reviewed, and the selection of puncture site and the use of straight and Y-type safe indwelling needle were analyzed, so as to improve puncture rate and relieve the pain of patients.
