支援武汉医护人员对COVID-19的危险认知与创伤后应激水平的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:调查支援武汉的医护人员对新型冠状病毒肺炎危险性的认知与创伤后应激水平;分析两者的相关性以及影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,应用一般资料调查表、支援期间危险认知量表、隔离期间危险认知量表、事件冲击量表–修订版对110名参与支援武汉、并且处于14天隔离期的一线医护人员进行调查;统计学方法包括描述性分析、单因素方差分析、相关性分析、多元逐步回归分析。结果:医护人员支援期间的危险认知得分为3.40 ±0.57,隔离期间的危险认知得分为3.03 ±0.85,创伤后应激水平得分为2.28 ±0.74;已婚已育的医护人员支援期间危险认知水平更高;危险认知水平和创伤后应激水平呈正相关;隔离期间的危险认知能正向预测创伤后应激水平。结论:医护人员对新型冠状病毒肺炎危险性的认知较高;但是几乎所有的医护人员表示因为想帮助COVID-19患者,所以选择接受这一些危险;社会需要关注医护人员的创伤后应激综合症,为他们提供一定的心理支持。Objective:To investigate the risk perceptions of Corona virus disease 2019 and thePosttraumatic stress symptoms (PTSS) of hospital employee when they are inWuhan or in quarantine, and to investigate the relationship between riskperception and PTSS. Method: A convenient sample of 110 medical staff who cameback from Wuhan and in 2 weeks quarantine were investigated using the generalinformation questionnaire, during outbreak risk perception scale, riskperception during quarantine scale and the Impact of Event Scale. Thestatistical methods included descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlationanalysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results: The riskperception score during the epidemic period was 3.40 ±0.57, the riskperception in quarantine score was 3.03 ±0.85, and the score of PTSS was 2.28±0.74. The score of risk perception of married and pregnant medical staffduring epidemic period was higher;risk perception was positively correlatedwith PTSS;risk perception during quarantine positively predicts PTSS.Conclusion: Risk perception of medical staff is high, almost all medical staffsaid because they want to help COVID-19 patients, so they choose to acceptthese dangers;society needs to pay attention to the PTSS of medical staff andprovide them with a certain psychological support.
