护士主导的心脏康复护理门诊在我国的发展现状

摘　　要：目前,心血管疾病严重影响着广大群体的生活质量,心脏康复已被证实可以有效改善疾病预后。我国心脏康复起步较晚,且护士在心脏康复中发挥着重大作用。我国部分医院已将心脏康复作为护理范围的一种拓展,开展了由护士主导的心脏康复专科护理门诊,这促进了护理水平的提升和护理学科的发展。然而对于我国护士主导的心脏康复护理门诊开展的整体现状上未见报道,因此,本研究对我国护士主导的心脏康复门诊的发展现状、具体服务内容、综合效益及未来可能的发展趋势进行综述。At present, cardiovascular diseaseshave a serious impact on the quality of life of the majority of people. Cardiacrehabilitation has been proved to be effective in improving the prognosis ofdiseases. Cardiac rehabilitation started late in China, and nurses play animportant role in cardiac rehabilitation. Some hospitals in our country havetaken cardiac rehabilitation as an extension of nursing scope, and carried outnursing out-patient service of cardiac rehabilitation specialized departmentled by nurses, which promoted the improvement of nursing level and thedevelopment of nursing discipline. However, there is no report on the overallstatus quo of the nursing outpatient service of cardiac rehabilitation led bynurses in China. Therefore, this study summarizes the development status,specific service content, comprehensive benefits and possible futuredevelopment trend of the nursing outpatient service of cardiac rehabilitationled by nurses in China.
