摘　　要：目的:构建非定点医院普通病区应对新冠肺炎疫情采取的护理管理体系,并对实施效果进行评价。方法:在新冠疫情期间结合当地情况快速反应构建普通病区人员应急管理、物资储备管理、感染管理、护理培训等整体化管理策略,并对管理效果进行评价。结果:从2020年1月23日实施管理体系以来,截止2020年3月1日在新冠肺炎疫情期间23个临床科室入院病人数2071人,出院病人数1883人,急诊手术481例,在岗护士人数423人,护理人员满意度96.77%、防护措施落实率100%、护理培训参与率与合格率97.66%,院内感染发生率0%,医务人员感染率0%。结论:新冠肺炎期间普通病区应急管理体系的建立与实施,能更好的保证各项工作的落实,提高病区应急管理水平与能力,可供各个医院病区管理参照应用。Objective: To construct the emergencymanagement system of nursing in general ward of non- communicable diseasehospital to deal with the epidemic situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia, toevaluate the implementation effect .Methods: The management system of emergencymanagement, material reserve management, infection management, nursing trainingand so on were constructed during the period of New Coronary Pneumonia, to evaluatethe implementation effect. Results: Since the implementation of the managementsystem on January 23, 2020, as of March 1, 2020, 2071 patients were admitted to23 clinical departments, 1883 patients were discharged, and emergency handswere admitted to hospital. The number of nurses in 481 cases was 423. Thesatisfaction rate of nursing staff was 96.77%, the implementation rate ofprotective measures was 100%, the participation rate and qualified rate were97.66%, the incidence of nosocomial infection was 0%, and the infection rate ofmedical staff was 0%. Conclusion: The establishment and implementation of an emergencymanagement system in general ward during the period of novel coronavirus pneumoniacan better guarantee the implementation of all kinds of work, improve the leveland ability of emergency management in ward, and can be used as a reference foreach hospital ward management.
