基于马斯洛需要层次论的综合性护理在口腔癌患者术后的应用

摘　　要：马斯洛根据需要出现的先后及强弱顺序,把需要分为五个层次,层次由低到高依次是生理需要、安全需要、爱与归属、自尊及尊重、自我实现的需要。口腔癌根治术后患者经口进食状态与面部发生改变,往往会产生负性的心理情绪,同时对饮食、照护及康复等有不同程度的需求。因此,本文基于马斯洛需要层次论的综合性护理能及时了解患者的需求,从而提供多方位的照护,更好地满足患者的需求,促进口腔癌患者术后的康复。Maslow divides needs into five levelsaccording to the order and strength of needs. The levels from low to high arephysiological needs, security needs, love and belonging, self-esteem andrespect, and self realization needs. After radical resection of oral cancer,patients’ oral eating status and face change, which often produce negativepsychological emotions. At the same time, they have different needs for diet,care and rehabilitation. Therefore, the comprehensive nursing based on Maslow’shierarchy of needs theory can timely understand the needs of patients, so as toprovide multi-directional care, better meet the needs of patients and promotethe postoperative rehabilitation of oral cancer patients.
