摘　　要：目的:了解青年癌症患者社交状况,探讨社会支持水平对社交状况的影响。方法:2021年3~9月,采用一般人口学资料,领悟社会支持量表,社交回避与苦恼量表对山东省某三甲医院肿瘤中心就诊的212名青年癌症患者进行问卷调查。采用多元线性回归分析社会支持对社交回避与苦恼的影响。结果:本研究共发放问卷份230份,回收有效问卷212份,有效应答率92.2%。青年癌症患者社交回避与苦恼得分为(11.37 ±7.35)。多元线性回归分析结果显示性别、月收入和社会支持水平对社交回避与苦恼有影响(p 【0.05)。青年癌症患者的社会支持可以负向预测其社交回避与苦恼。结论:采取相应措施增加患者的社会支持水平,可以减轻其社交回避与苦恼,增加治疗的依从性,帮助青年癌症患者更好的重新融入社会生活,提升患者的健康结局。Objective: To investigate the social avoidanceand distress of young cancer patients and explore the effect of social supporton it. Methods: A total of 212 young adult cancer patients were recruited fromthe department of cancer center of a 3A grade hospital in Shandong province tocomplete the questionnaires, including a self-designed general demographicscale, perceived social support scale and social avoidance and distress scale.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the effect of social support onsocial avoidance and distress. Results: A total of 230 questionnaires were sentout and 212 were effectively received, with an effective response rate of92.2%.
