以目标为导向的医院分级联动延续性护理在糖尿病足溃疡患者中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨以目标为导向的医院分级联动延续性护理在糖尿病足溃疡患者中的治疗效果。方法:将2018年1月~2020年1月于无棣县人民医院就诊的76例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为试验组与对照组,各38例。对照组实施常规健康教育治疗,试验组予以医院分级联动延续性护理。结果:干预6个月后两组患者血糖水平、足部护理评分以及足部创面评分显著高于干预前,且试验组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论:以目标为导向的医院分级联动延续性护理能有效改善患者的饮食及生活行为习惯,显著增强患者对糖尿病足的知识掌握度,对于患者的血糖水平控制以及糖尿病足溃疡的复发率均有明显效果。Objective:To explore the treatment effect of target oriented hospital grade linkagecontinuous nursing in patients with diabetic foot ulcers. Methods: 76 patientswith diabetic foot ulcers who were treated in Wudi People’s Hospital in January2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the experimental group and thecontrol group, 38 cases in each group.
