眼科专用冰敷袋的设计及临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:应用眼科专用冰敷袋对患者进行冷疗护理,通过临床实践研究其应用效果。方法:选取我院眼科2021年1月~2021年12月行眼睑手术且进行冷疗的患者,进行随机分组,将其分别设置为对照组、实验组。对照组患者按照传统冰敷方式进行护理,实验组患者入院后由责任护士负责,采用眼科专用冰敷袋进行护理,对比两组患者术后冰袋持续使用时间,术中、术后疼痛程度,术后疼痛持续时间,术后恢复(无明显肿胀)时间及住院时间,以及两组患者住院期间满意度评价临床应用效果。结果:采取两种不同的冰袋通过不同冰敷的方式对患者进行冷疗:1) 实验组患者持续使用时间明显长于对照组患者(P P P P P < 0.01)。结论:使用眼科专用冰敷袋对患者进行冷疗,有效地减轻了患者术中、术后的疼痛,减少患者术后疼痛时间,促进患者术后恢复,缩短了患者住院时间,提高了患者住院期间的护理满意度。Purpose: Research the special icepacks effect via its application in ophthalmology to patients with cold therapy clinical practice. Methods: Thepatients who underwent eyelid surgery and cold therapy in theophthalmology department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021were selected. The patients were randomlydivided into control group and experimental group. The patients in thecontrol group were nursed according to the traditional ice pack method and thepatients in the experimental group who were taken care of by the responsiblenurse after operation were treated with special ice packs for ophthalmology.The duration of postoperative pain, postoperative recovery (without obviousswelling) time and hospital stay, as well as the satisfaction of the two groupsof patients during hospitalization were used to evaluate the clinicalapplication effect of using the special ice packs.
