摘　　要：本文从饮水试验筛查工具、不同稠度质地食物筛查工具和其它筛查工具三个方面介绍脑卒中病人吞咽障碍的非仪器筛查工具的研究进展,对其主要内容、信效度、优缺点等进行综述,为其相关研究和临床筛查工具的选择提供参考。This article introduces the research progress of non-instrumental screening tools for dysphagia in stroke patients from three aspects: drinking wa-ter test screening tools, food screening tools with different consistency and other screening tools, and summarizes its main contents, reliability and validity, advantages and disadvantages, so as to provide reference for its related research and the selection of clinical screening tools.
