摘　　要：脑卒中患者病后常遗留手部运动功能障碍问题,严重影响后续生活,成为各方面关注的重点。本文综述脑卒中后手功能障碍的常见康复疗法,发现它们均有一定的疗效,能够有效提高手部运动功能,但都具有一定的局限性。未来应在临床实践工作中还需要探索更科学、高效、安全和经济的康复治疗方法。Stroke patients often leave behind the problem of hand motor dysfunction after ill-ness, which seriously affects their subsequent life and has become the focus of attention in all as-pects. This paper summarizes the common rehabilitation therapies for hand dysfunction after stroke, and finds that they all have certain curative effects and can effectively improve hand motor function, but they all have certain limitations. In the future, more scientific, efficient, safe and eco-nomical rehabilitation methods should be explored in clinical practice.
