摘　　要：目的:分析一例气管镜下电圈套器联合冷冻切除错构瘤的护理操作配合,阐述护理体会。方法:回顾性分析一例气管镜下电圈套器联合冷冻切除错构瘤的护理配合技巧,总结护理配合经验。结果:在默契精准地护理操作配合下,患者在气管镜下使用电圈套器联合冷冻完整切除错构瘤,手术顺利。结论:对于气管镜下介入治疗存在的术中出血并发症,术前了解患者病史,舒缓情绪,让患者积极配合手术。术中器械,抢救物品,药物等准备,与医生准确进行操作,恰当默契地护理配合,术后精心的护理,极大地提高了手术成功率。Objective: To analyze the nursing cooperation of one case of tracheal endoscopic electric snare combined with frozen resection of hamartoma, and to elaborate the nursing experience. Methods: The nursing cooperation skills of one case of tracheal endoscopic electric snare combined with frozen resection of hamartoma were retrospectively analyzed, and the nursing cooperation experience was summarized. Results: With the cooperation of tacit precise nursing operation, the patient used electric snare combined with freezing to completely remove hamartoma under bronchoscopy, and the operation was successful. Conclusion: For the intraoperative bleeding complications of interventional therapy under bronchoscopy, preoperative understanding of the patient’s medical history, relieve mood, so that patients actively cooperate with surgery. Intraoperative equipment, rescue items, drugs and other preparation, with the doctor’s accurate operation, appropriate tacit understanding of nursing cooperation, postoperative careful nursing, greatly improve the success rate of surgery.
