优质护理辅助皮肤激光美容患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析临床干预皮肤激光美容治疗患者期间予以舒适护理服务的疗效探究。方法:本次研究纳入患者300例,参与临床研究,研究起始时间为2021年11月开始,拟定临床分析计划,同期收集研究案例,于2022年4月截止,将研究期间选取患者,依照其护理方式进行分组,并将小组人数上限设置为150例,待小组成功组建完毕后(研究组、对照组),将其临床分析数值进行整理、对比、统计,对照组予以基础护理服务,研究组予以舒适护理服务,比较两组护理工作满意度、不良反应、信任程度、心理情绪等。结果:据统计,两组患者满意度情况对比,临床结果分别为(对照组82.66%%)、(研究组96.33%),对照组患者满意度情况较差;两组不良反应发生情况对比,不良反应结果分别为(对照组6.66%)、(研究组1.33%),对照组不良反应较多;两组信任程度比较,研究组信任程度为(100.00%)比较对照组信任程度(96.00%),研究组信任程度较高;两组患者心理情绪对比,对照组患者心理情绪较为严重,(P < 0.05)。结论:临床予以舒适护理服务干预皮肤激光美容患者,效果极为明显,能够有效提高患者对其治疗技术的信任度,降低其不良反应情况,充分缓解患者内心不良情绪,提高临床护理工作满意度,值得临床广泛推荐使用。Objective: Exploring the efficacy of providing comfortable nursing services during clinical intervention of skin laser cosmetic treatment for patients. Method: 300 patients were included in this study and participated in the clinical study. The study started in November 2021, and a clinical analysis plan was developed. During the same period, study cases were collected, and the study period ended in April 2022. Patients were selected during the study period and grouped according to their nursing methods. The satisfaction of nursing work, adverse reactions, trust level, psychological emotions, etc. were compared between the two groups. Result: According to statistics, the satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared, and the clinical results were (82.66% in the control group) and (96.33% in the study group), respectively. The satisfaction of the control group patients was relatively poor;The comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups showed that the results of adverse reactions were (6.66% in the control group) and (1.33% in the study group), with more adverse reactions in the control group;The comparison of trust levels between the two groups showed that the trust level of the research group was (100.00%), while the trust level of the control group was (96.00%), indicating a higher level of trust in the research group;Comparison of psychological emotions between the two groups of patients showed that the control group had more severe psychological emotions (P < 0.05).
