一例脉络膜恶性黑色素瘤患者的围手术期护理

摘　　要：脉络膜恶性黑色素瘤是成年人最常见的眼内恶性肿瘤,恶性程度高,预后差,本文主要总结一例2022年6月收住于我院的一名脉络膜恶性黑色素瘤患者行眼球摘除术围手术期的护理经验,包括术前检查指导,心理评估与干预,术后饮食护理,病情观察,疼痛管理等,经过精心护理患者术后恢复良好,手术效果满意,顺利出院,并给予出院后日常护理指导,患者术后一月复查时恢复效果好,外观美观,无并发症,患者满意。本例病案中发现对于恶性肿瘤患者的心理评估与干预不仅局限于患者本身,还包括患者家属,护士及时的沟通与鼓励是患者与家属信心建立的基础,专业的护理指导与心里安慰是克服恐惧的关键,所以总结本案例护理经验,针对不同的患者需求提供专业的护理服务,减轻患者顾虑,提高患者住院满意度。Choroidal malignant melanoma is the most common intraocular malignant tumor in adults, with a high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis. This article mainly summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with choroidal malignant melanoma admitted to our hospital in June 2022 during the perioperative period of eyeball removal, including preoperative examination guidance, psychological Evaluation and intervention, postoperative diet care, condition observation, pain management, etc. After careful care, the patient recovered well after the operation, the operation effect was satisfactory, and he was discharged from the hospital smoothly. He was given daily nursing guidance after discharge. The patient’s recovery effect was good one month after the operation, the appearance was beautiful, no complications, and the patient was satisfied. In this case, it is found that the psychological evaluation and intervention of patients with malignant tumors are not only limited to the patient itself, but also the patient’s family members. The timely communication and encouragement of nurses are the basis for the confidence of patients and their families. Professional nursing guidance and psychological comfort are the key to overcoming fear. Therefore, we summarize the nursing experience in this case, aiming at Different patients need to provide professional nursing services to alleviate patients’ concerns and improve patients’ satisfaction with hospitalization.
