1例妊娠合并疱疹样脓疱病的护理体会

摘　　要：疱疹性脓疱病是一种好发于孕妇的严重皮肤病,分娩后逐渐缓解,再孕可复发。皮疹常先后发于腹股沟、腋窝、乳房下脐部等处,以后泛发全身。通常急性发热,群集性脓疱发生于红斑性基础上。白细胞升高,血钙降低。脓疱向周围扩展,排列成环形,口腔黏膜亦可累及,皮损轻度瘙痒、灼热,有痛感,孕妇常可发生流产,死胎或婴儿出生后数天死亡。产后病愈,下次怀孕又可复发,本文报道一例疱疹样脓疱病患者,住院期间采用多学科联合会诊治疗模式(MDT),经过治疗及精心护理,皮疹较前明显好转,妊娠结局满意,未发生并发症,予出院休养。Herpetic pustulosis is a serious skin disease occurring in pregnant women, gradually relieved after delivery, and pregnancy can relapse. The rash often occurs in the groin, axilla, the lower breast umbilical cord and other places, after the whole body. Usually acute fever, cluster pustules occur on an erythematous basis. Leuko-cytes increased and blood calcium. Pustules expand to the surrounding, arranged into a ring, oral mucosa can also be involved, skin lesions mild itching, burning, pain, pregnant women can often have abortion, stillbirth or infant death several days after birth. In this report, a patient with the next pregnancy of herpes-like impetigo, multidisciplinary combined consultation (MDT) was adopted during hospitalization. After treatment and careful care, the rash was significantly im-proved, and the pregnancy outcome was satisfactory and no complications occurred, and he was discharged to recuperate.
