摘　　要：本文阐述了聚焦解决模式(solution focused approach, SFA)的概念、实施步骤,并对SFA在改善围术期焦虑抑郁情绪、提高患者治疗依从性、缓解和生活质量等外科临床护理的应用效果进行综述。同时指出SFA有助于缓解术后疼痛、提高自我护理能力、加速术后康复,符合加速康复外科发展理念,因此笔者认为SFA在加速康复外科护理中具有很好的应用前景。This paper expounds the concept, implementation steps of solution focused approach (SFA), and reviews the application effect in surgical clinical nursing of SFA in improving clinical perioperative anxiety and depression, patient treatment compliance and quality of life. It also points out that SFA helps to relieve pain, improve selfcare ability, and accelerate postoperative recovery, which in accordance with the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) development, so the author believes that SFA will have a good application prospect in ERAS nursing.
