摘　　要：随着国内安宁疗护事业的蓬勃发展,预立医疗照护计划用于改善提升患者的生存质量等多方面价值逐渐受到学者们的关注。相比于国外学者对预立医疗照护计划相关研究的深度来讲,我国仍处于起步阶段。因此,多方面、多维度地探索实施并分析成效十分有必要。基于此,本研究对国内外有关预立医疗照护计划的文献进行系统梳理与综述,以明确其开展实施的优劣势及影响因素,并为该领域的研究人员提出相关建议,为我国预立医疗照护计划领域先进研究的本土化提供科学可靠的参考资料。With the rapid development of domestic palliative care, the value of advance care planning for ensuring the quality of life of patients has gradually attracted the attention of scholars. Nowadays, compared with the depth of foreign researches, China is still in the initial stage on the career of advance care planning, so it is necessary to explore the implementation and analyze the effectiveness in many aspects and multiple dimensions. Based on this, this study systematically reviewed the literature on advance care planning at home and abroad, so as to clarify the advantages, disadvantages and influencing factors of its implementation, and put forward relevant suggestions for researchers in this field, so as to provide scientific and reliable reference materials for the localization of advanced research in the field of advance care planning in China.
