护生对高级实践护士的期望及人文教育认知现状调查

摘  要:目的:调查护生护理硕士专业学位(Master of Nursing Specialist, MNS)对高级实践护士的期望及人文教育需求。方法:采用自行设计的MNS对高级实践护士的期望及人文教育需求进行问卷调查,通过问卷星对新疆某医学高校2023级护生(护理硕士专业学位研究生)开展网络调查。结果:97.5% MNS期望未来能够从事临床护理工作,87.5% MNS支持国内发展高级实践护士,在实际临床护理工作中85% MNS期望能够解决疑难病人的医疗、护理相关问题及给予专科指导。并且有67.5%的MNS认为高级实践护士的职权应与护士长权力相同,护士长负责行政事务,高级实践护士负责护理业务。此外,MNS的人文教育认知水平仍需加强,仅11.5%的MNS十分清楚人文护理实践相关知识。67.5% MNS肯定人文护理实践工作开展价值,并对高级实践护士寄予高度期望。结论:MNS对高级护理实践护士予以较高期望,对于临床实践能力与护理业务能力展现较高需求,然而MNS对人文教育的认识仍有很大提升空间。护理教育者应更好地满足MNS向高级实践护士发展的临床实践需求,同时提升MNS对人文教育重要性的认识,设计课程以融合人文教学,培养MNS的人文素养和人文执业能力,这一成果将为完善MNS的教育提供有益参考。Objective: To investigate the expectation of Master of Nursing Specialist (MNS) for advanced practice nurses and their humanistic education needs. Methods: The self-designed MNS questionnaire on the expectations and humanistic education needs of advanced practice nurses was used to carry out a network survey on 2023 nursing students (nursing master degree graduates) in a medical university in Xinjiang. Results: 97.5% MNS expected to be engaged in clinical nursing work in the future, 87.5% MNS supported the development of advanced practice nurses in China, and 85% MNS expected to solve the medical and nursing related problems of difficult patients and give specialist guidance in the actual clinical nursing work. And 67.5% of MNS believe that senior practice nurses should have the same powers as head nurses, who are responsible for administrative matters and senior practice nurses for nursing operations. In addition, the cognitive level of humanistic education in MNS still needs to be strengthened, and only 11.5% of MNS are very clear about humanistic nursing practice knowledge. 67.5% of MNS affirmed the value of humanistic nursing practice and placed high expectations on senior practical nurses. Conclusion: MNS has high expectations for advanced nursing practice nurses and shows high demand for clinical practice ability and nursing professional ability. However, MNS still has a lot of room to improve their understanding of humanistic education. Nursing educators should better meet the clinical practice needs of MNS to develop into advanced practice nurses, at the same time enhance MNS’ awareness of the importance of humanistic education, design courses to integrate humanistic teaching, and cultivate MNS’ humanistic literacy and humanistic practice ability. This result will provide useful reference for improving MNS education.
