摘　　要：将家庭参与式护理应用于新生儿重症监护室是对传统照护模式的突破,本文阐述了家庭参与式护理模式的概念和发展,以及应用于新生儿重症监护室的优点和必要性,还从护理角度对护士在其中的角色进行综述,对新生儿重症监护室早产儿实施家庭参与式护理模式进行展望,旨在为国内新生儿病房开展家庭参与式护理模式提供参考。The application of family integrated care in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is a breakthrough in the traditional nursing model. This paper describes the concept and development of family integrated care model, as well as the advantages and necessity of its application in NICU. It also summarizes the role of nurses in NICU from the perspective of nursing. This paper prospects the implementation of family integrated care model for premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), aiming to provide reference for the implementation of family integrated care model in neonatal units in China.
