不同赋形剂配制中药外敷方案在治疗蝮蛇咬伤中的应用与效果分析

摘　　要：目的:比较不同赋形剂调制季德胜蛇药片外敷治疗蝮蛇咬伤的治疗效果。方法:将2024年5月~2024年10月收治的符合纳入标准的蛇咬伤患者随机分组,比较以醋、蜂蜜、酒精和水为赋形剂调制季德胜蛇药片外敷治疗蝮蛇咬伤的治疗疗效以及干预前后疼痛评分、肢体肿胀程度,选择出季德胜蛇药片外敷治疗蝮蛇咬伤的最佳赋形剂。结果:以蜂蜜作为赋形剂配置季德胜蛇药片在治疗疗效(χ2 = 28.151, P P P Objective: To compare the therapeutic efficacy of different excipients in the treatment of pit viper bites with the external application of Jidesheng Snake Tablets. Methods: Snakebite patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly grouped from May 2024 to October 2024, and the therapeutic efficacy of Jide Sheng Snake Tablets made with vinegar, honey, alcohol and water as excipients was compared, as well as the pain scores and the degree of limb swelling before and after the intervention, so as to select the optimal excipient for the treatment of pit vipers’ snake bites by applying Jidesheng Snake Tablets as an excipient. Results: The most significant effects of honey as excipient in Jidesheng Snake Tablets were in terms of therapeutic efficacy (χ2 = 28.151, P P P < 0.001). Conclusion: Formulation of Jidesheng Snake Tablets with honey as excipient has significant advantages in the treatment of pit viper bites.
