摘　　要：对肱骨干骨折手术患者三角肌萎缩的现状、影响因素及护理干预进行综述,旨在为我国临床进一步开展肱骨干骨折手术患者三角肌萎缩的相关研究提供参考,建议临床护理人员在开展围术期护理时,充分考虑患者的实际情况,设计个性化护理方案。This article reviews the current situation, influencing factors and nursing intervention of deltoid muscle atrophy in patients with humeral shaft fracture surgery, so as to provide a reference for further clinical research on deltoid muscle atrophy in patients with humeral shaft fracture surgery in China. It is suggested that clinical nurses should fully consider the actual situation of patients and design personalized nursing programs when carrying out perioperative nursing.
