摘　　要：目的:探索多种护理干预措施对肝胆胰外科疾病患者预后的改善效果。方法:检索PubMed、Cochrane library、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science、CBM、Wan Fang Data和CNKI数据库成立至2024年8月的相关文献。收集关于护理干预措施应用于肝胆胰外科疾病患者的随机对照研究。利用EndNote X9文献管理软件进行文献排重,利用R软件(版本4.4.1)进行Meta分析。结果:纳入24篇文献,共涉及2942例患者。结果显示,在实施更精细化护理干预措施后,肝胆胰外科疾病患者的排气时间缩短[SMD = −3.756, 95% CI (−6.215, −1.297), P = 0.003]、下床时间缩短[SMD = −1.521, 95% CI (−1.960, −1.081), P CI (−3.555, −2.190), P CI (0.243, 0.415), P CI (−14.286, −8.170), P CI (−14.286, −8.170), P Objective: To explore the intervention effect of multiple nursing intervention measures on the prognosis of patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgical diseases. Randomized controlled studies on the application of nursing intervention measures in patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgical diseases were collected. Results: Twenty-four literatures involving 2942 patients were included.
