摘 要:本文报道了谐振泵浦连续波和被动调Q脉冲Ho:YLF激光器。首先,实现了输出波长为1940 nm的Tm:YAP连续波激光器,将其作为泵浦源对Ho:YLF激光器进行谐振泵浦。其次,以Ho:YLF晶体作为激光增益介质,实现了输出波长为2065.26 nm的Ho:YLF连续波激光器,在吸收泵浦功率为6.02 W时,获得最大输出功率为3.68 W,相应的斜率效率和光光转换效率分别为75.83%和61.10%,最后以Cr2+:ZnS晶体作为可饱和吸收体,实现了输出波长为2053 nm的Ho:YLF被动调Q脉冲激光器,在吸收泵浦功率为5.26 W时,获得最大平均输出功率1.76 W,相应的斜率效率和光光转换效率分别为43.50%和33.52%。此时脉冲宽度为46.55 ns,脉冲重频为2.56 kHz,单脉冲能量为686.7 μJ,峰值功率为14.75 kW。This paper reports resonantly pumped continuous wave and passively Q-Switched Ho:YLF lasersFirst, a Tm:YAP continuous wave laser with the output wavelength of 1940 nm is realized as a pump source for resonantly pumped Ho:YLF laser. Second, by using Ho:YLF crystal as the gain medium, a Ho:YLF continuous wave laser with the output wavelength of 2065.26 nm is realized. The maximum output power of 3.68 W was obtained under 6.02 W absorbed pump power with the slope efficiency and optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 75.83% and 61.10% respectively. Last, by using Cr2+:ZnS crystal as the saturable absorber, a Ho:YLF Passively Q-Switched laser with the output wavelength of 2053 nm is realized. The maximum average output power of 1.76 W was obtained under 5.26W absorbed pump power with the slope efficiency and optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 43.50% and 33.52% respectively. At this time, the pulse width is 46.55 ns, the pulse repetition rate is 2.56 kHz, the single pulse energy is 686.7 μJ, and the peak power is 14.75 kW.
