摘　　要：松江鲈承载着深厚的历史文化,称赞其资料有古代时期的书籍、诗人描写的诗词、以及名人与它有关的故事。后来在文学作品中以“莼鲈之思”作为思乡之情的代名词,至今仍广为流传和引用。文化是政治与经济的反应,历代文人纷纷在诗词歌赋中描写到松江鲈,也反映出了当时社会的风貌。因此,本文在大量收集史料的基础上,以时间为顺序探究松江鲈文化,对松江鲈古代文化以朝代发展为脉络,分为“萌芽”、“兴起”、“鼎盛”、“没落”四个阶段对松江鲈的诗词歌赋进行概述,为查阅松江鲈古代文化提供科学资料,同时也为渔业文化行业注入新鲜血液,以便人们在深入了解松江鲈文化的基础上,更好地认识松江鲈这一珍贵物种资源,崇尚松江鲈鱼文化。Songjiang Perch carries a profound historical culture, and its praise materials including ancient books, poems written by poets, and stories related to it by celebrities. Later, he used “Chun Lu Zhi Si” as a synonym for homesickness in his literary works, which is still widely spread and quoted today. Culture is a reflection of politics and economy. The writers of all dynasties have described Songjiang perch in their poems and poems, which also reflects the social style at that time. Therefore, in this paper, on the basis of a large collection of historical data, in time for the order to explore the Songjiang perch culture, to Songjiang perch for ancient culture with dynasty development context, divided into “green shoots”, “rise”, “golden”, “fall” four stages of Songjiang perch verses are summarized, to provide scientific data for refer to Songjiang perch ancient culture, but also inject fresh blood for the fisheries culture industry. In order to better understand Songjiang perch, a precious species resource, and advocate Songjiang perch culture on the basis of in-depth understanding of Songjiang perch culture.
