摘　　要：票据保证人的责任作为票据保证制度中的重要内容,明晰了保证人的主体适格、责任性质、票据保证人的保证不符合形式要件时的效力问题以及保证无效时票据保证人承担何种责任,利于合理认识票据保证人的责任及正确看待相关的实务问题。Paper suretyship liability as an important content in paper guarantee system, clears the main body of the guarantor eligibility, the guarantor of the guarantee liability, the effectiveness problem of bill which is not in conformity with the requirements of the form and what is the liability of the guarantor when the guarantee of a negotiable instrument is invalid, conducive to reasonable understanding of related bills suretyship liability and right attitude of the practical problems.
