摘　　要：自然法跨越历史长河,在西方哲学史上有着举重若轻的地位。它着重强调了正义价值、理性主义以及人本主义精神,为建立国家、设立政治制度、制定法律起到了关键的指导性作用。本文介绍了自然法学派的发展,即分析了各时期自然法学派的重要思想,并对这些思想予以评析。Natural law has crossed the long river of history and has a weightless position in the history of Western philosophy. It emphasizes the values of justice, rationalism, and the spirit of humanism, and plays a key guiding role in establishing a country, establishing a political system, and formulating laws. This article introduces the development of the school of natural law, that is, analyzes the important ideas of the school of natural law in various periods, and evaluates these ideas.
