摘　　要：刑事责任年龄是刑法学重要的研究主题,对刑事立法和司法实践有着重要的影响。《中华人民共和国刑法修正案(十一)》对最低刑事责任年龄进行了重大调整,这一制度变革对未成年人法律保护具有重大影响。借助于法律经济学的理论和分析框架,论文尝试对刑事责任年龄调整与未成年人保护进行研究,以期对中国刑事法制建设提供助益。The age of criminal responsibility is an important research theme of criminal law and has an important influence on criminal legislation and judicial practice. The “Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China (11)” has made major adjustments to the minimum age of criminal responsibility. This system change has a major impact on the legal protection of minors. With the help of the theory and analysis framework of law and economics, the thesis attempts to study the adjustment of the age of criminal responsibility and the protection of minors in order to provide assistance to the construction of China’s criminal legal system.
