摘　　要：本文旨在探讨罗马法的精神,以及其对现代法律制度的影响。通过深入研究罗马私法的核心原则与价值观,我们能够更为深刻地把握现代法律制度中的若干基本概念与原则,诸如契约自由、财产权、合同法等。此外,对罗马私法精神的探讨也有助于我们更全面地理解并妥善应对当今社会中涌现的法律难题,如知识产权、网络安全等领域。因此,对罗马私法精神的深入研究,无论从理论角度还是实际应用层面,都具备着极为重要的价值。The purpose of this article is to explore the spirit of Roman law and its influence on modern legal systems. Through in-depth study of the core principles and values of Roman private law, we can more deeply grasp some basic concepts and principles in the modern legal system, such as freedom of contract, property rights, contract law, etc. In addition, the exploration of the spirit of Roman private law will also help us to understand more comprehensively and properly deal with the legal problems emerging in today’s society, such as intellectual property rights, network security and other fields. Therefore, an in-depth study of the spirit of Roman private law is of great value both in terms of theory and practical application.
