云南民族地区双语诉讼的现状及完善建议

摘　　要：至今为止,云南民族地区仍有部分少数民族公民不通晓或不精通汉语,能熟练掌握双语的司法人员也较为匮乏,要维护少数民族公民的合法权益,就要先消除诉讼中的语言障碍。所以需要针对现行双语诉讼中存在司法翻译、法律资料的问题和不足,提出完善司法翻译、推动双语普法工作进程、加强双语司法队伍的建设以及双语法律资料的扩充的路径和对策。Up to now, there are still some ethnic minority citizens in Yunnan ethnic areas who are not familiar with or proficient in Chinese, and there is a shortage of judicial personnel who are proficient in bilingual. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of ethnic minority citizens, the language barrier in litigation must be removed first. Therefore, in view of the problems and deficiencies of judicial translation and legal materials in bilingual litigation, it is necessary to propose ways and countermeasures to improve judicial translation, promote the process of bilingual law popularization, strengthen the construction of bilingual judicial team and expand bilingual legal materials.
