摘　　要：法律移植作为一个学术名词在学界已被探讨了数十年,但其作为一种方法途径早在千百年前就已存在。法律移植能够推动一个国家法制现代化发展、加快完善法律体系、加速本国法与国际法接轨。通过分析造成法律移植的原因,能够在进行法律移植的过程中更规范有效地实现法制变革的目的。本文将从文化相通、法律差异以及全球化浪潮等方面分析促进法律移植的原因。Legal transplantation, as an academic term, has been discussed in the academic community for decades, but it has existed as a methodological approach for thousands of years. Legal transplantation is an important way for a country to promote the modernization of the legal system, improve the legal system and accelerate the integration of its national law with international law. By analyzing the causes of legal transplantation, we can more standardize and effectively realize the purpose of legal reform in the process of legal transplantation. This paper will analyze the reasons for legal transplantation from the aspects of cultural similarities, legal differences and the wave of globalization.
