摘　　要：《拿破仑法典》确立的法律制度原则对后发国家的法律制度建设产生了重要影响。由于法兰西王国的历史传统和现实环境的影响,法制统一原则在《拿破仑法典》中被突出地表现了出来,该原则为法兰西共和政体的建立奠定了法理上的基础,同时也为法国资本主义的发展扫清了法律制度障碍以及奠定了新的法律制度基础。同时,法制统一原则对近代民族国家的建立、巩固和发展都产生了重大影响,为资本主义国家法律制度的建设提供了基本法律原则上的启发。The legal system principles established by the Napoleonic Code have had a significant impact on the construction of legal systems in later developing countries. Due to the historical tradition and practical environment of the Kingdom of France, the principle of legal unity was prominently reflected in the Napoleonic Code. This principle laid the legal foundation for the establishment of the French republican government, and also cleared the legal system obstacles and laid a new legal system foundation for the development of French capitalism. At the same time, the principle of legal unity has had a significant impact on the establishment, consolidation, and development of modern nation-states, and has provided basic legal principles for the construction of the legal system in capitalist countries.
