摘　　要：在互联网平台经济突飞猛进趋势下,吃穿住行网,形成了涵盖我们生活方方面面的综合性平台。然而,在平台经济快速发展的过程中,也出现了诸如虚假宣传、大数据杀熟、消费者个人信息泄露等一系列安全问题、法律问题。消费者权益保护,既涉及民生,又关乎社会主义核心价值观建设。在当前互联网平台经济覆盖消费者生活的方方面面的情况下,消费者如何在保障权益,是实践中急需解决的问题。With the rapid development of the internet platform economy, the food, clothing, housing, and transportation network has formed a comprehensive platform that covers all aspects of our lives. However, in the process of rapid development of the platform economy, a series of security and legal issues have also emerged, such as false advertising, big data fraud, and consumer personal information leakage. The protection of consumer rights and interests is not only related to people’s livelihoods, but also to the construction of socialist core values. In the current situation where the internet platform economy covers all aspects of consumer life, how consumers protect their rights and interests is an urgent problem to be solved in practice.
