摘　　要：以“数字检察”推动行政检察现代化发展既是政策导向,也是必然趋势。在当前数字行政检察监督建设过程中,仍然存在数字办案思维薄弱、数字技术层次低、数据供给不足等问题。为实现检察工作高质量发展,实现行政检察现代化,可以从强化数字思维理念、提升技术水平、打通数据壁垒方面逐步推进,不断提升行政检察的质量和效能,进而实现中国式现代化。“Digital procuratorial” to promote the development of administrative procuratorial modernization is not only a policy orientation, but also an inevitable trend. In the current process of the construction of digital administrative procuratorial supervision, there are still problems such as weak thinking in digital case handling, low level of digital technology and insufficient data supply. In order to realize the high-quality development of procuratorial work and realize the modernization of administrative procuratorial work, it can be gradually promoted by strengthening the digital thinking concept, improving the technical level, and breaking through the data barriers, constantly improving the quality and efficiency of administrative procuratorial work, so as to realize the Chinese-style modernization.
