摘　　要：在网络时代,刑事案件的社会关注度迅速上升,成为社会热点事件。舆论监督已成为主要社会监督方式。舆论对刑事司法具有重要意义,既能回应正义呼声,又能促进廉洁办案,实现司法公正。然而,一些舆论也通过对公众的煽动,对刑事司法产生了一定的影响,对司法的公信力构成威胁。因此,寻找舆论监督在刑事审判中的平衡点显得尤为重要,既要重视舆论,又要正确对待舆论,以实现司法公正。In the age of network, the social attention of criminal cases is rising rapidly, becoming a social hot event. Supervision by public opinion has become the main way of social supervision. Public opinion is of great significance to criminal justice, which can not only respond to the call for justice, but also promote the integrity of handling cases and achieve judicial justice. However, some public opinion also has a certain influence on criminal justice by inciting the public and threatens the credibility of justice. Therefore, it is very important to find the balance point of public opinion supervision in criminal trial. We should attach importance to public opinion and treat public opinion correctly in order to realize judicial justice.
