摘　　要：大学生法律援助是一项具有社会公益性的法律服务,它能够将法学教育与法律援助相结合,为社会弱势群体提供专业且高效的法律服务,同时也为高校法学教师和学生提供实践教学平台和基地。此外,它还能有效地推动法治的发展,加强法律的普及和实施,提高整个社会的法治意识,为社会的建设和进步做出有益的贡献。然而,在主观和客观多方面因素的影响下,我国的大学生法律援助尚未充分发挥其应有的作用。基于此,本文将聚焦于当前的大学生法律援助,以文献分析法、数据分析法等为研究方法,对大学生法律援助的实践路径和完善方式进行探索,以期为其发展提供一些有益的参考和启示。College students’ legal aid is a legal service with social welfare, which can combine legal education with legal aid to provide professional and efficient legal services for the socially disadvantaged groups, and also provide a practical teaching platform and base for college law teachers and students. In addition, it can effectively promote the development of the rule of law, strengthen the popularization and implementation of the law, improve the awareness of the rule of law in the whole society, and make useful contributions to the construction and progress of the society. However, under the influence of subjective and objective factors, the legal aid of college students in our country has not fully played its due role. Based on this, this paper will focus on the current legal aid for college students, using literature analysis, data analysis and other research methods to explore the practice path and improvement of legal aid for college students, in order to provide some useful references and enlightenment for its development.
