摘　　要：随着互联网的发展和未成年人用网规模的扩大,网络不良信息的负面作用日益凸显。处在人生“拔节育穗期”的未成年人由于心智不成熟、辨别是非能力较差等多方原因,极易受到网络不良信息的侵袭而走上违法犯罪的道路。为了有效预防网络不良信息影响下的未成年人犯罪,亟需国家、网络平台、家庭、学校凝聚多方合力,为未成年人健康成长保驾护航。With the development of the Internet and the expansion of the scale of the Internet used by minors, the negative role of bad information on the Internet has become increasingly prominent. Due to many reasons such as immaturity of mind, poor ability to distinguish right from wrong, and so on, minors in the life “festival” period are easily attacked by bad information on the Internet and embark on the road of illegal crime. In order to effectively prevent juvenile crimes under the influence of bad information on the Internet, it is urgent for the state, network platforms, families, and schools to unite multi-party efforts to escort the healthy growth of minors.
