摘  要:通过添加MFT成核剂,制备出泡孔均匀细腻的聚氨酯硬泡,降低泡沫固相导热系数和辐射导热系数,当MFT成核剂添加3份时,泡沫孔径可降低三分之一,导热系数下降5.5%,与LBA发泡体系保温效果相当。By adding MFT nucleating agent, polyurethane rigid foam with uniform and fine pores was prepared, and the thermal conductivity and radiative thermal conductivity of the foam were reduced. When 3 parts of MFT nucleating agent were added, the pore size of the foam was reduced by one-third and the thermal conductivity decreased by 5.5%, which was equivalent to the thermal insulation effect of LBA foaming system.
