不同有机絮凝剂对污泥脱水性能的比较研究

摘  要:为了研究有机絮凝剂对污泥脱水性能的影响,使用阳离子PAM、壳聚糖作为絮凝剂,分别以不同投加量的以上2种絮凝剂,对西安思源学院污水厂生物池污泥进行真空过滤脱水,对比污泥比阻值的变化情况。结果表明:阳离子PAM、壳聚糖均可有效降低污水的污泥比阻,PAM投加量在0.8 ml时,壳聚糖投加量在0.05 ml时污泥比阻值最小,分别为2.31 × 1013以及5.29 × 1012,此时污泥的脱水性能达到最优。In order to study the effect of organic flocculants on sludge dewatering performance, cationic PAM and chitosan were used as flocculants, and the above two flocculants with different dosages were used to vacuum filter and dehydrate the sludge in the biological tank of Xi’an Siyuan College Sewage Plant. The changes in sludge specific resistance were compared. The results show that both cationic PAM and chitosan can effectively reduce the sludge specific resistance of sewage. When the dosage of PAM is 0.8 ml, and the dosage of chitosan is 0.05 ml, the sludge specific resistance value is the smallest, which is 2.31 × 1013 and 5.29 × 1012, respectively. At this time, the sludge dewatering performance reaches the optimal level.
