摘  要:通过对醇酸树脂进行改性,在侧链引入刚性的苯环,提高了漆膜的硬度,同时刚性基团的引入可以提高树脂漆的干燥速度,侧链的醚链可以增大了漆膜的韧性,同时利用金刚烷和二苯甲酮对醇酸树脂进行改性,从而提高醇酸树脂漆的耐候性和化学稳定性,经过改性,制备的醇酸树脂漆表干速度快,漆膜硬度高,韧性好,具有良好的应用前景。By modifying alkyd resin, rigid benzene ring is introduced into its side chain to improve the hardness of the paint film. Meanwhile, the introduction of rigid groups can improve the drying speed of the resin paint, and the ether chain of the side chain can increase the toughness of the paint film. At the same time, adamantane and benzophenone are used to modify the alkyd resin, can improve the weather resistance and chemical stability of the alkyd resin paint. The prepared alkyd resin paint has high surface drying speed, high film hardness and good toughness, and has a good application prospect.
