摘 要:针对工业污染地块中轻度重金属污染土壤的修复,尝试探索一种绿色资源化修复处置技术。结合鹰潭地区现存的大型火力燃煤发电厂产生的粉煤灰综合利用技术,主要通过以中轻度重金属污染土壤掺合在粉煤灰、石膏、石英矿砂中,经过搅拌、消化、轮碾、压制成型,再经高压蒸汽养护制成的新型环保墙体材料砖。本次通过常规污染土修复处置技术比选,结合中试试验研究成果,表明粉煤灰掺和适当比例的中轻度重金属污染土壤进行新型环保墙体材料砖的高压蒸制技术是可行的,并且此项技术实现了受污染土的绿色低碳资源化修复技术的应用。Aiming at the remediation of medium and mild heavy metal contaminated soil in industrial contaminated land, this study attempts to explore a green resource remediation and disposal technology. Combined with the comprehensive utilization technology of fly ash produced by existing large-scale coal-fired power plants in Yingtan, a new type of environmentally friendly wall material brick was made by mixing medium and mild heavy metal contaminated soil into fly ash, gypsum and quartz ore, after stirring, digesting, rolling and pressing, and then curing by high-pressure steam. Through the comparison and selection of conventional contaminated soil remediation and disposal technologies, combined with the pilot-scale experimental research, it was shown that the high-pressure steaming technology of new environmental friendly wall materials brick was feasible when fly ash was mixed with medium and mild heavy metal contaminated soil in an appropriate proportion, and this technology realized the application of green and low-carbon resource remediation technology for contaminated soil.
