摘　　要：本文首先分析了《城市公共交通分类标准》自2007年10月实施以来,我国城市客运行业,特别是公共交通行业的发展形势和特点,然后针对《城市公共交通分类标准》的主要内容,依次分析了其与现行法规政策的适应性、与行业发展现状的适用性、与低碳交通(节能减排)的适应性等。最后提出了对策建议。The paper analyzed the urban passenger transport industry in China, especially the development and features of public transport industry, since the implementation of the Urban Public Transport Classification Standard (the Standard) in October, 2007. It also discussed the key contents of the Standard, such as its applicability with the current regulations and policies, the development of the urban passenger transport industry, and the low-carbon transport (energy conservation and emission reduction). The last part of the paper includes countermeasures and suggestions.
