退而不休与隐性就业:老年人再就业的影响因素研究

摘　　要：我国老龄化程度正在不断加深,数量庞大的老年人的养老问题迫在眉睫,但“重养轻用”的社会意识正随着老年人退而不休再就业的社会现实而逐步发生着改变。本文将利用CLHLS2018数据通过Logit回归进行实证研究,从老年人身心健康、退休后收入保障及代际收入流动等方面来分析老年人退休后再就业的影响因素。研究表明老年人的身心健康对其再就业有显著的正向影响,即身心越健康越倾向于再就业;退休后的收入保障的类型对老年人的再就业影响方向不同;代际收入流动对老年人再就业有显著促进作用。通过实证研究的结果,对如何促进老年人再就业、推进延迟退休提出相应的建议。The degree of aging in China is deepening, and a large number of old people’s pension problems are imminent, but the social consciousness of “pay more attention to raising and use less” is gradually changing with the social reality that the old people retire without rest and re-employment. This paper will use CLHLS2018 data to conduct an empirical study through Logit regression, and analyze the influencing factors of retirement re-employment of the elderly from the aspects of physical and mental health of the elderly, post-retirement income security and intergenerational income mobility. The study shows that the physical and mental health of the elderly has a significant positive impact on their re-employment, that is, the healthier they are, the more inclined they are to re-employment;the types of income security after retirement affect the re-employment of the elderly in different directions;intergenerational income mobility has a significant promotion effect on the re-employment of the elderly. Based on the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to promote the re-employment of the elderly and delay retirement.
