人情支出对农村女性劳动力非农就业的影响研究——基于西南喀斯特农村地区调查数据

摘　　要：人情支出是人们在正常交流中的一种情感投资。农村地区的人情消费行为塑造了具有当地色彩的农民人际网络。随着农村人民生活水平的不断提高,人情消费也有所增加。农村居民有各种各样的原因进行人情消费,人情消费现已成为农村居民的主要经济负担。鉴于农村地区人情支出的增加现象,本文使用2018年西南喀斯特地区数据,分析人情支出对农村女性劳动力非农就业的影响。研究发现,人情支出显著增加了农村女性非农就业的可能性,且非农就业主要由家庭和朋友的信贷支持。本文基于交易成本理论进行实证分析,考察了人情消费对农村女性非农就业的影响,并通过亲友信贷支持来解释人情消费在农村的普遍现象。通过深入研究发现,人情消费不仅有助于优化农民的消费结构,提高农民的消费水平,促进消费的和谐,而且也促进了农村女性的非农就业。Human favor expenditure is a kind of emotional investment in normal communication. The human consumption behavior in rural areas has shaped the peasants’ interpersonal network with local color. With the continuous improvement of rural people’s living standards, human consumption has also increased. There are various reasons for human consumption, and human consumption has become the main economic burden of urban and rural residents. In view of the increasing phenomenon of human favor expenditure in rural areas, this paper uses the data of Southwest Karst area in 2018 to analyze the impact of human favor expenditure on non-agricultural employment of rural female labor force. The study found that human rights spending significantly increased the likelihood of rural women’s non-farm employment, and non-farm employment was mainly supported by credit from family and friends. This paper makes an empirical analysis based on the transaction cost theory, examines the impact of human favor consumption on rural women’s non-agricultural employment, and explains the common phenomenon of human favor consumption in rural areas through the credit support of relatives and friends. Through in-depth research, it is found that human consumption not only helps to optimize the consumption structure of farmers, improve the consumption level of farmers, promote the harmony of consumption, but also promotes the non-agricultural employment of rural women.
