摘　　要：作为经济高质量发展的重要内容,制造业成为推动我国经济高质量发展的必由之路。本文引入结构方程模型,构建了包含创新发展、经济效益、绿色发展、对外开放和产业结构等五个维度的高质量发展评价体系,并利用TOPSIS法进行发展水平测度。研究结果显示,河南省高质量发展水平存在区域分化,进而对河南省制造业高质量发展转型升级提出针对性的对策和建议。As an important content of high-quality economic development, the manufacturing industry has become the only way to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy. In this paper, the structural equation model is introduced to build a high-quality development evaluation system that includes five dimensions, namely innovative development, economic benefit, green development, opening to the outside world and industrial structure, and the TOPSIS method is used to measure the development level. The research results show that there is regional differentiation in the level of high-quality development in Henan Province, and then put forward tar-geted countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Henan province.
