摘　　要：目的:探讨《回回药方》残卷方剂巴豆配伍规律。方法:将《回回药方》残卷“众风门”篇和“杂治门”篇中含巴豆的73首方剂,按照主治类别、药物频次、占比、功效等规而类之,依中医君、臣、佐、使的功能主次级别剖而析之。结果:残卷“众风门”之“左瘫右痪口眼呙斜类”,以巴豆伍芦荟为君,以药西瓜、胡椒和荜拨为臣,佐治8组,一为菟丝子、栀子,二为伞菌、安息香、肉桂和茴香,三为蓬格脂、水龙骨、丹皮和马铃薯,四为海狗肾、藜芦和石蚕,五为野韭菜和诃子,六为干姜、山葱、元胡和柴胡,七为乳香、没药、当归、苦艾、白芥子和良姜,八为芸香、番盐和树脂,使以芹菜、甘松;“众风门”篇之“风癞紫白癜类”,君以巴豆,臣以菟丝子;一佐柴胡、药西瓜,二佐茴香、水龙骨和芦荟,三佐牛柑子、芸香,四佐甘松、薰衣草、番盐、元胡和藜芦,使以山葱、官桂、艾叶和伞菌;“杂治门”类,巴豆为君,一佐芦荟、肉桂、甘松和伞菌,二佐菟丝子、胡椒、栀子和丹皮,三佐荜拨、柴胡、药西瓜、乳香、芸香、没药、石蚕和龙胆草,四佐安息香、格蓬脂、当归、大戟、苦艾、山葱、茴香、豆蔻、马兜铃和阿魏,一使菖蒲、白薇、丁香、木香、诃子和沉香,二使香茅、藜芦、水龙骨和番盐。结论:《回回药方》残卷方剂巴豆配伍具有一定的规律和特色。Objective:To investigate the compatibility of the crotons of the“Hui Hui Prescription”.Methods:The 73 prescriptions containing Croton in the Chapter“Zhongfeng Category”and“Incurable Diseases Category”of residual“Hui Hui Prescription”were classified according to the categories of attending,drug frequency,proportion,efficacy,etc.and analyzed according to the main and secondary function level of“Jun”,“Chen”,“Zuo”and“Shi”in Traditional Chinese medicine.Results:In“Left-related Paralysis,mouth-and Eye-related Disorder”type of“Zhongfeng Category”Chapter,aloe vera was served as“Jun”,and the watermelon,pepper and scorpion were used as“Chen”with 8-group“Zuo”.One was the dodder and the scorpion.The second is agaric,benzoin,cinnamon and fennel,three are Pengge fat,water keel,paeonol and potato,four are fur seal kidney,gourd and stone silkworm,five are wild leek and hazelnut,six are dried ginger,mountain Onion,Yuanhu and Bupleurum,seven are frankincense,myrrh,angelica,wormwood,white mustard and good ginger,eight are musk,salt and resin,so that celery and sweet pine;In“Purpura and Vitiligo”type of“Zhongfeng Category”Chapter,croton was served as“Jun”,and dodder weed was used as“Chen”with 4-group“Zuo”.one sashimi,medicine watermelon,two fennel,water keel and aloe,three sauerkraut,musk,four zosong,lavender,salt,yuanhu and gourd,with scallions,Guan Gui,Ai Ye and toadstools.In“Incurable Diseases Category”,Croton is Jun with 5-group“Zuo”and 2-group“Shi”.One is aloe,cinnamon,pine and toadstool;two scorpion,pepper,scorpion and paeonol,Sanzo,Bupleurum,medicine watermelon,frankincense,musk,myrrh,stone silkworm and gentian,four zosin Puff,Angelica,Daphnia,Absinthe,Scallion,Fennel,Cardamom,Aristolochia and Awei,one that makes calamus,white peony,clove,woody,hazelnut and agarwood,the second makes citronella,gourd,Water keel and salt.Conclusion:Croton compatibility in the residual“Hui Hui Prescription”has certain regularity and characteristics.
