摘　　要：补骨脂酊作为医疗机构制剂,临床上用于治疗白癜风、扁平疣、斑秃、神经性皮炎、瘙痒症等,也可用于皮肤细胞代谢障碍、自身免疫缺陷的治疗,疗效确切。补骨脂中活性成份补骨脂素和异补骨脂素具有多种临床药理作用,对其研究较多。随着国家对中医药加大发展力度,使得医疗机构制剂有了发展前景,现对补骨脂酊研究进展进行综述。Psoralea tincture as a medical institution preparation, clinically used for the treatment of vitiligo, flat warts, alopecia areata, neurodermatitis, pruritus, etc., can also be used for the treatment of skin cell metabolism disorders, autoimmune defects, the curative effect is exact. Psoralen and isopso-ralen, the active components of psoralen, have many clinical pharmacological effects, and there are many researches on them. With the country to strengthen the development of traditional Chinese medicine, so that medical institutions have a development prospect, the research progress of pso-ralen tincture is reviewed.
