摘 要:目的:本研究旨在建立近红外光谱法快速检测壮骨关节胶囊流浸膏中总黄酮醇苷的方法。方法:使用近红外光谱技术对壮骨关节胶囊流浸膏进行扫描,并测定流浸膏中总黄酮醇苷的含量,利用PLS算法建立光谱与含量的模型,实现快速无损检测。结果选择8870.95~7729.29 cm−1波段,一阶导预处理方法所建立的模型考察的相关系数结果较好,预测值与真实值之间无显著差异(P > 0.05)。结论:所建立的模型准确度高,适用于壮骨关节胶囊流浸膏中总黄酮醇苷的快速检测。Objective: The aim of this study was to establish a method for rapid determination of total flavonol glycosides in ZhuangGuGuanJieWan fluidextract by near-infrared spectroscopy. Methods: Near-infrared spectroscopy was used to scan the fluidextract of Zhuanggu joint capsule, and the content of total flavonol glycosides in fluidextract was determined. PLS algorithm was used to establish the spectrum and content model to realize rapid nondestructive testing. Results: The 8870.95~7729.29 cm−1 band was selected, and the correlation coefficient of the model established by the first-order guide pretreatment method was better, and there was no significant difference between the predicted value and the true value (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The established model is accurate and suitable for the rapid detection of total flavonol glycosides in ZhuangGuGuanJieWan fluidextract.
