摘 要:采用正交试验设计优化姜黄挥发油的提取工艺,采用紫外–可见分光光度法定量比较姜黄挥发油对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,姜黄挥发油采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取时的最佳提取工艺为:姜黄粉碎目数60,料液比1:20,提取时间4 h;姜黄挥发油抗DPPH的IC50值约50 mg/mL左右。该提取工艺和抗氧化活性测试方法操作简单,提取率高,结果可靠,可为姜黄产品的深度开发提供参考。Orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the extraction process of turmeric volatile oil. The antioxidant activity in vitro of turmeric volatile oil against 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH) was quantitatively compared by ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotometer. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of turmeric volatile oil by steam distillation were as follows: number of turmeric crushed is 60, material-liquid ratio is 1:20 and extraction time is 4 hours, respectively. The IC50 value of turmeric volatile oil against DPPH was about 50 mg/mL or so. The extraction process and antioxidant activity test method are simple, with a high extraction rate and reliable results, which can provide a reference for the further development of turmeric products.
