摘　　要：龙砂医学流派作为地域性医学流派,在其形成发展过程中,历经数代医家的努力,在继承龙砂医派相关学术思想、学术特色、诊疗经验的基础上,其炮制技艺特色非常明显。在药材加工过程中,采用多种独特且精细的加工方法,利用药材间的相生相克关系,不仅能够抑制其不良特性,还能增强其药用疗效,甚至实现去毒或改变药性作用。龙砂医学流派炮制技艺凸显了地方医学流派在炮制工艺上的独特优势及其在医学领域中的重要地位。As a regional medical genre, Longsha Medical School, in the process of forming development, has gone through the efforts of several generations of medical practitioners. On the basis of inheriting the related academic thoughts, academic characteristics, and diagnosis and treatment experience of the Longsha Medical School obvious, the characteristics of its processing techniques are very obvious. In the processing of medicinal materials, a variety of unique and fine processing methods are used. The use of the relationship between the medicinal materials can not only restrain their adverse properties, but also enhance their medicinal efficacy, and even achieve detoxification or change the drug properties. The processing technique of Longsha Medical School highlights the unique advantages of local medical school in processing technology and its important position in the medical field.
